Communications/Publications Chair
The Publications Chair is responsible for all communication media, including but not limited to press releases, program announcements, Chapter newsletter (electronic and/or hard copy) and any as needed special projects. Additional responsibilities include maintaining an updated database of news media/calendar contacts for publishing Chapter press releases and/or meeting notices.

Karleen is a senior proposal manager with demonstrated expertise in complex proposal development for a variety of industries including architecture, engineering, construction and telecommunications. She is skilled in managing virtual project teams to develop compelling sales messages that result in the on-time delivery of winning proposals and presentations.
She holds a Masters in Network and Communications Management from Keller Graduate School of
Management and a B.S. in Business Administration from Central Washington University.
Karleen lives in the greater Seattle area and when not working on RFPs, enjoys traveling and actively searches for new dog parks to investigate with her Australian Cattle Dog and Pug.
