ARTICLE I — NAME
This Chapter shall be known as APMP Pacific Northwest Chapter, hereinafter referred to as the Chapter.
ARTICLE II — MEMBERSHIP IN THE CHAPTER
Vicki Griesinger delivered an excellent presentation on the BD-CMM model and overview on September 15, 2009. During the presentation, Vicki referenced the following BD-Institute's website. Here is the URI for that site, and we'll provide more a more permanent link connection to useful resource sites like the BD-Institute on our site (as we develop it).

With the diverse set of online communities, media, and information sources, we have myriad alternatives for maintaining communication as a virtual chapter. The Pacific Northwest chapter uses a variety of online tools to strengthen our network and to connect us to the national organization.

Members of the the Association of Proposal Management Professionals have the opportunity to affiliate with one of the many regional chapters. August 4, 2009 -- In September of 2008, there was no chapter that focused on the Pacific Northwest. So, in
October, Lee Hendrickson (FLIR Systems) queried APMP Headquarters and got a list of people who lived in Oregon and Washington. A blanket email went out to the list and the responses clearly indicated that a Pacific Northwest Chapter was needed.
